Terms of service

Using the booth

Make Hotel Lobby AI is an independent AI video service. Only upload photos and artwork you have the right to use, with permission from the people pictured. Do not use the service to impersonate, harass or exploit others, or to create unlawful material.

Credits and payments

Each generation reserves the credit cost shown for your selected model, duration and resolution. Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD with no automatic renewal. Purchased credits do not expire. Your account receives credits after Stripe confirms payment.

Failed generations and refunds

Credits are returned automatically when a generation fails. A successfully generated video uses its credits even if its appearance is not what you hoped for. For purchase or refund questions, contact yufeizzyf@gmail.com with your account email and purchase date. Refunded or disputed purchases have their corresponding credits removed. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

AI results and downloads

AI may change faces, details or performer positions; results are not guaranteed to match your photos exactly. The generated audio does not include the original Hotel Lobby song. You are responsible for permissions for any music you add. Download videos promptly because output links are temporary and we do not keep permanent copies.
